Buried but not broken.
Finding humor in the rubble.

About Me
I've lived in northern Minnesota my whole life, and I'm in my 30s. Life here has given me plenty to laugh about—and plenty to love.
I'm married—we tied the knot in April 2024 on our five-year anniversary—and I share my life with two rescue dogs from the Texas border, plus two cats who are mother and daughter. My Border Collie–Cattle Dog mix has had two hip surgeries, while my German Shepherd–Pit mix is epileptic. I'm an avid reader. You can find me back in Velaris, in Jeneva Rose's world, or at Hogwarts with Harry Potter. I'm also a lover of true crime. I love hiking and have been riding horses since 2006. This blog is where I share the humor, heart, and unexpected moments along the way.

You're not alone in the mess.
